You’ve probably heard of a Bucket List before. This is a similar idea, just with a sunnier title, because you know how I love my sunny metaphors! I wrote this list about two years ago and I have noticed an incredible difference in my level of happiness, ambition, and organization ever since.
Studies have continually shown that writing down your goals helps you “accomplish significantly more” according to Gail Matthews, Ph.D., of the Dominican University. I am living proof of this statement. No matter how outlandish your goals may seem (yes, my #151 is to travel to the moon), writing down your goals helps with the realization of your true dreams and it is the first step toward overcoming the fear that comes along with achieving any sizeable goal.
I invite you to create your own “Sunny Set.” It can be five goals or 1,000 goals; my list is continually growing and I’d love it if you added some of your ideas!
